Directions for use

Mix 1-2 servings with 6-14oz water (or to taste) and stir or shake well. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 servings of AMINO MUSCLE to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day.

Important Notice: Consult your physician before use (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant/lactating, or under the age of 18. An adequate state of hydration must be maintained – consume at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day. High free-form amino acid intakes may result in gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage or discontinue use if this is the case. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause GI discomfort in certain individuals.
